How do I sign up for an Ameelio Connect account?

1. Open Ameelio Connect
2.  Click on "Create account"
3. Fill in the information required:
   - First Name (as on your legal documents)
   - Last Name (as on your legal documents)
   - Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year format) 
   Click "Next"
   
4. Enter the information required to set up your login:
   - Phone number
   - Email
   - Password (Confirm Password)
   Check the box to agree to Ameelio's Terms.
   Click "Next"
   
5. Check that all the information you have provided is correct.
   This information is used by security staff to verify your identity, make sure your legal name and date of birth are correct before continuing.
   Click "Yes, sign up"
