How do I add a contact to my profile?

1) To add a contact, click on the Home button at the bottom tab.

2) Click on the Request contact button to add a contact.

3) Select the State where your incarcerated contact is located and click Next.

4) Fill out the following information:

• ID or Last Name (required) Note: We recommend only inputting the resident ID to search through every facility in our database
• State (optional)
• Facility (optional)

After inputting your information Click Next at the bottom 

Important: If you are searching for a minor, please note that the first screen you see will indicate no results as a privacy and security measure. On this screen Click Search for a Minor

• Enter their first name, last name, and Date of Birth accurately. Then Click Search

5) Matching options for your search will now appear, select on the individual you would like to connect with. Click Confirm and you are all set! Your connection request will now need to be reviewed by facility staff, and once complete you will receive both an in app notification as well as email.
