How do I add a contact to my profile?

1)To add a contact, click on the Home button at the bottom tab.

2)Under the Contacts section, click on the Request contact button to add a contact.

3)Select the State where your incarcerated contact is located and click Next.

4)Fill out the following information:
- ID or Last Name (required)
- Facility (optional)

Click Next

Note: If you are searching for a minor, please note that the first screen you see will indicate no results. Click Search for a Minor

5) Enter their first name, last name, and Date of Birth accurately. Click Search

Matching options for your search will appear, select on the individual you would like to confirm.

Click Confirm and you are all set! Your connection request will now need to be reviewed by facility staff, and once complete you will receive both an in app notification as well as email.
