- From your Home page, Click "Schedule Event"
- Choose connection you would like to schedule and Event with
- Select the type of visit you would like to have ( Video Call or In-Person Visit)
- Choose to add a guest by clicking Add Guest or hit Skip there are no guests or you'd like to add one later
- Select when you would like to visit from the available days (available days are marked with blue circles).
- Now select which time on that day you would like to schedule.
- Select Finish Scheduling.
Important: Your request must be approved by the DOC facility before your event is confirmed. You can always check the status of an event by selecting it from your Home page.
