What do I do if I can't find my contact's facility?

If your contacts facility name isn't listed in our current database then please contact support so we can add it for you. Otherwise if the address has changed you now have the ability to edit your contact's information and address, to do this follow the steps below:

1. Open the Ameelio Letters App

2. Click the contact you wish to update

3. Select the pencil icon in the top right corner, then edit and save the new address.

Please note: You will not be able to change the facility name, if your connection has moved to a new facility, then you will need to re-add them as a connection from scratch being sure to select the correct state and new facility from the database.  If you're unable to find the facility in our database then please let us know so we can add it.
