What do I do if I can't find my contact's facility?

If your contacts facility isn't listed in our current database then contact support so we can add it for you, please be sure to include the full name of the facility, address, and a link to the facility website if possible.

Otherwise if facility is in our database but the address has changed you now have the ability to edit your contact's information and address, to do this follow the steps below:

1. Open the Ameelio Letters App

2. Click the contact you wish to update

3. Select the pencil icon in the top right corner, then edit and save the new address.

Please note: You will not be able to change the facility name, if your connection has moved to a new facility, then you will need to re-add them as a connection from scratch being sure to select the correct state and new facility from the database.  If you're unable to find the facility in our database then please let us know so we can add it.
