In some instances you may need to either delete your contact or edit their information, to do so follow these steps:
- From the home screen, click on the person you are trying to edit or delete
- Once the screen changes, you should see a pencil icon at the top right hand corner of the screen, click on it
- On the next screen you'll see the person and address/contact information page where you can view the facility, and the old address. Update the address/resident info then don't forget to click "save" located towards the bottom of the screen. (Note: if your contact has switched to a different facility, then you'll need to re-add them as a new contact, as you're unable to edit the facility name, additionally updating a contacts address will not automatically update the address for previously created or processings orders) If you're trying to delete a contact, scroll down and hit "Delete Contact"
- After hitting save it will take you to the send mail screen to draft a card or letter, and the address/contact information will be updated
