How do I join my video visit?

Once a meeting has been Approved you will receive an email confirmation. Note: This may take a couple of days. 

Complete the following steps to Join Visit:

1. Login to your Ameelio Account and view the Events Section. 
2.  Click the Blue Join Call Button which will take you to the waiting call screen (middle image below) before connecting automatically to your visit.

 Note: the Join Call button will only appear at the time of visitation.

3. Once your video visit is finished, click the Red Leave Call Button to end your video visit.
