Sometimes you may need to update your ID if it's been rejected by the facility or if your document has expired. If the facility has rejected your ID, you can navigate to the notifications screen and tap the notification about your ID rejection. From there you will see the reason it was rejected and a button to retake and resubmit your photos for approval. Follow the prompts and be sure to take the photo as it is requested.
In order to update your ID follow these directions below:
- Login to your Ameelio connect app
- Click Account in the bottom right hand side
- Select Personal information
- Click the blue Edit button next to Identification
- A pop up screen warning that the facility will have to reapprove your contacts will now appear,click Yes continue to proceed
- Click the Document Drop Down Menu and select your type of ID, then hit Done & Continue
- Take a picture of the front & back of your ID, as well as a picture of your face holding your ID below for the last Section, then hit Continue
- Review & Confirm your details, then click Submit
After this you'll be all set and the facility will receive a notification letting them know that they need to re-review and approve you as a visitor for your connection.
