Why can't I send a photo card (or other Mail products)?

If you do not see the option to send a photo card (or other Mail products), this is because of restrictions at either the facility or state level for the contact you are trying to reach. We recommend reaching out to the facility your contact is at to learn about their policies and what they allow.
