I wasn't notified that my contact has called, What do I do?

Make sure the Ameelio Connect app is allowed to notify your phone.

For Androids, find the app on your phone and hold it down. Click the

Check for:

• Notifications are “Allowed”
• Permissions are “Microphone” and “Notifications
• Appear on top is “On”

For iPhones, find the Ameelio Connect App on your IPhone “Settings”

• Enable microphone, background app refresh, and allow it to use mobile data.

• Click on notification within the Ameelio Connect App page, allow notifications on all screens with sounds and badges.
