My mail was rejected, returned, damaged or wasn't delivered, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we're unable to offer refunds for mail pieces for the above reasons as Ameelio does not have any oversight of your mail once it is with our printing partner, USPS, or the facility your contact is currently residing in.

Specific refund requests may be considered by on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Ameelio. Ameelio will in no way be required to refund any funds paid prior to termination and all purchases made by you with respect to the Services, & leftover credits,are final and non-refundable.
