After creating an account and adding a contact:
- Click on your Contact listed on the home page under Contacts
- Under the Send Mail section select either Photo Card or Letter
- If adding images allow access & permissions to your phone to add a photo, otherwise hit next if not sending a photo
- Write your text then hit Next
- Review your order, here you will see your current Credit or Token Balance and the cost of your postcard or letter, after finalizing hit "Send Letter"
Important: Please confirm that the address in the database is up to date and current by reviewing the facility mailing policy directly on their website. We also recommend checking which mail types are accepted at your connections facility. We are unable to offer refund requests for selecting a prohibited mail item size or type, or using an out of date address, or selection of the wrong facility.
