How to make sure Microphone & Camera Permissions are enabled
Some facilities may experience network congestion, & poor wifi connections which can lead to residents being unable to hear you on their end. While these situations are outside of our control, resident's may need to try to call back at a different time or from a different location in their designated pod to fix this issue.
It's always a good practice to make sure that both the device's operating system and the Ameelio connect application is the most recent and up to date version.
