Because our tracking data is populated by USPS there may instances where it doesn't always update the tracking information reliably. After initially sending a postcard or letter it's typical for it to be in a "creation" status for a couple of days after, at which point it will then ship out and update.
All of the tracking information we have available is presented to you in the app and USPS does not guarantee every mail piece will receive a scan at every stop.
Sometimes a mail piece misses a scan stop after it's been shipped from our printing partners facility, and in other instances the tracking may default back to "in creation", rest assured your mail item is still on it's way to it's destination and no further action is required on your end, however we don't have any additional tracking information.
