Unfortunately this can happen for a variety of reasons outside of our control such as a lockdown or dangerous weather, however facility staff do have the ability to leave a reason for the cancellation.
If staff provided a reason for cancellation it can be viewed in your account notification center under the event details section (see example below)
If a reason wasn't provided or if you have any additional questions about your cancellation, then please contact the facility directly as we have no oversight over this process and our support emails aren't viewed by facility staff.
