My Connections facility uses a Centralized Distribution Center and has a different address in another state, how can I select the proper facility?

If you previously had a connection before the change of address with an older address, then you will need to add your connection again from scratch this time making sure you select the state that the distribution center is located in, instead of the facilities actual state location.

For example, the Utah Department of Corrections distribution center is located in Las Vegas Nevada, so in this instance when adding a contact select the state " Nevada" instead of Utah.

You should then be able to select the proper address, however this won't update previously sent mail items, while we understand it may be counterintuitive to select a different state, it's important to select the state the centralized distribution center is located in if they use a distribution center.
