How to turn on & use a free monthly credit

Ameelio currently offers a free monthly credit for users that may need financial assistance in order to communicate with a connection. 

This monthly credit is different than the tokens purchased for sending mail, and will only show up when trying to checkout and send a letter. When activated, you will see that there is a single credit ,not token, that can be used upon checkout, as there is not other place in your dashboard where this can be viewed. 

Additionally the monthly credit does not roll over, meaning you if you don't use your free monthly credit it will not stack and will remain a one balance for the following month until used.

To Enable your Free Monthly Credit follow the directions below:

1) login to your account select the "settings"  icon from the bottom right corner. 
2) Then hit 'Ameelio credits' 
3) toggle the button there to on (should be blue when on). 
4) Watch the video that pops up, and once it's been fully completed, you can then proceed to hit the button confirming you'd like to receive free credits.

This will turn on your monthly free credits and you will receive them until you turn this setting off.

Once you've successfully watched the video you will then be able to toggle the bar and it will look like this below:


If it's enabled properly and looks like the images above then as previously noted this credit won't appear until checkout.

For example after clicking a contact, you will see only the current token balance will show up, not the credit balance  in the gray box at the bottom (see image below)

After selecting a postcard, it's size, and writing a message ,upon checkout and reviewing your order it will appear like below when using a token, not your credits.

5) Click send to finalize and submit your mail item using your credit.
