How long until my letter arrives?

Letters can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Typically, though, they arrive in about 7 business days. 

Our delivery partners may experience delays due to a number of factors, including Covid-19 protocols and distribution schedules, which may result in the app showing "In Transit" for some time.
