Letters can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Typically, though, they arrive in about 7 business days.
We get our tracking information from the postal service. Therefore, we can only track when your letter reaches the facility, not when your loved one actually gets it. Some facilities take a few days to process letters or only distribute mail on certain days. If your loved one says they have not received the letter for a while after it says it was delivered, then you may have the wrong address or the mail may have been rejected. Please try to confirm the same, and try again.
