All we can track is that the letters are delivered to the address you specified in the app. We do not get any additional info from the postal service. If your letter was not received by your loved one:
1. You may have put in the wrong address or incorrect inmate info. Kindly reconfirm these details in your next send.
2. The facility may have rejected the letter for violating a mailing policy. For more information on your facility's mailing policy, please check their website or contact them directly.
3. Facilities do not always immediately distribute the mail they receive. Your loved one may still get it in due time.
