To view your order history & tracking information click the history icon on the bottom of your account dashboard after logging into the app.
Letters can take a few weeks to arrive all of the tracking information we have available is presented to you in the app. USPS does not guarantee every mail piece will receive a scan at every stop.

Our delivery partners may experience delays due to a number of factors and distribution schedules, which may result in the app showing "In Transit" for some time. Our tracking information comes from the post office, so we're only able to track when your letter reaches the facility, not when your connection actually receives it.
