Can I change details in a letter I sent?

It's not currently possible to edit a letter after it's been sent. Please double-check both yours and your contact's information (facility address, inmate number, etc.) before sending.

We also recommend verifying that your connections address is up to date, as well as verifying which mail piece types or sizes are allowed by reviewing the policies directly on the facility website.
