    I cannot log into my letters account. It keeps saying invalid email and i donot recieve anything from Ameelio to help me with this issue ever! Its been weeks and i still havent seen or heard or recieved anything from this ckmpany.

    I have had the same problem only I've contacted them on 3 different occasions with no reply and it's been 3 months now for me

    I really donot know what to do about this. This has created alot more issues, hassels, and headaches than it has helped. Ameelio shld have sum kind of customer service help since its mandatory to have the Connect app to have any contact with anybody in prison in Iowa. Very frustrating. There has 2 be another way of choice for communication with our prisoners and visa versa

    I can still use the Ameelio Connect app just not the letters I email with the corrlinks and send pics with freeprints.

    This is absolutely ridiculous and very upsetting! Ameelio connect and letters Apps are terrible! I cant even get into Letters worthless!! Connect ive had 2 make new accounts for my son and I and it still will not let me schedule an in person with or without contact visit! Just says theres no dates available for the nxt 7 days. In lucky if it lets me schedule anythjng or even get into the app w begin with! Worsrt

    I am getting the same JSON Parse error code. apparently i researched it a little, and without any computer knowledge of code language or whatever i'm taking it my devices (yes plural) aren't being supported? or they are registering the supported code wrong.. i still don't understand and have no knowledge of what to do. i, too, have submitted help requests from multiple email addresses and it's been a couple weeks now without even a word in response.

    and the above response from the ameelio team... i pretty much just hear be patient, wait, don't bother us with more than one support ticket, (like a response they give to all their inmates). i can't even register a new account because of this JSON Parse error code.
