My video call was freezing a lot

Calls work best when you have a strong wifi signal (indoors on your home wifi is best). It might help to find out where in your house has the strongest connection and make sure that you are in that location whenever you make a call. 

Cellular data is less reliable than using wifi networks and will result in worse call quality. Metro PCS, T-Mobile, and Boost Mobile are of very low quality and will often not support Ameelio Connect calls. If you use one of these services, please be sure to use your home wifi or another strong wifi network when making a call.
