Anybody who is 13 years or older and is either visiting the facility or joining a video call with an incarcerated person needs to create an Ameelio Connect account.
Minors 12 years old or younger do not need to create an account and can be added as minors.
Minors 13 years old to 18 years old must create an account, but they will not be prompted to submit their photo IDs like adult users.

I have no computer other than desktop. Does that mean that I cannot schedule an in-person visit?
