The facility is responsible for approving all visits to the facility. This means that the facility needs to approve the schedule for each meeting every time you schedule a meeting or call.
If your call or visit request is 'rejected', then that means the facility denied your call or visit request for your requested time and date. Ameelio cannot approve call or visit requests.
If your call or visit request was rejected, you can request another call or visit by clicking 'Schedule Event'.
If your call or visit request is rejected, you will not see the visit on your app as scheduled.

Yes, I set up a visit with Kelsey Ross and the visit was rejected because I need to take a photo of my Id the backside, please send me a link to further assist me to set up another visit thanks . Kimberly Tucker
