The facility is responsible for responding to all event requests. This means that the facility needs to approve or deny each event every time you schedule one.
If your event request is rejected, that means the facility denied your request. You can view the reason for the rejection from the Notifications page and follow the prompts to resubmit the request (when applicable). If your event request is rejected, you will not see the event on your app. Ameelio cannot approve event requests.
The most common reasons a visitation may have been rejected are:
- Your connection has already reached their max allowed quota for visitations for the week
- The facility may be out of Kiosks or Spaces for visitations and the schedule is already fully booked
- A facility may be on lockdown
- A resident may have temporarily lost visitation privileges
