The facility is responsible for responding to all event requests. This means that the facility needs to approve or deny each event every time you schedule one.

If your event request is pending, that means the facility still needs to approve or deny your event request. Please be patient, as the facility may take several business days to respond to these requests. Ameelio cannot approve event requests.
