If you can't find your contact & they recently transferred into a supported facility, then that means correctional staff haven't registered them in our system. Please be patient as it may take several days for the Department to process their intake & add them to the census files before they're visible as a connection.
Otherwise if your connection wasn't recently transferred and you're still unable to locate them, it's typically because of one of the following reasons:
1) The resident ID number is incorrect or has a space before or after it. Please confirm these details are accurate and delete any extra spaces before or after the last name or resident ID number *For additional resources to search state related databases please look below
2) Inputting both a first and last name in the search field. Please enter the last name only in the "ID or last name field section" not their entire name. Try using the resident ID number when possible to avoid potential typos or mistakes.
3) Selecting the wrong facility in the facility drop down menu. It's worth noting that the state and facility section is optional, we always recommend leaving these fields blank as your connection might be residing at a different facility then selected and won't appear in your search results.
Please work through steps 1-3 and verify that you're inputting the correct information then try again.
